Delivery & Returns
Vintage Menu Art UK aims to dispatch all orders within two working days (Mon-Fri) of ordering. However orders may sometimes take longer - if this is the case, we will get in touch.
Important info for EU Customers
As we produce all prints to order, they must be allowed to dry before dispatch - so we have very early cut-off times for next-day delivery. But if you have an urgent order, email us at hello@vintagemenuart.co.uk and we'll do whatever we can.
Ordering as a gift?
We never include a printed invoice with orders, so all orders are suitable for sending directly to the recipient.
We include an Optimist's Creed greeting card with all of our orders - if you're ordering as a gift, you can request a custom message in the card, or on plain paper (just add a note).
Delivery costs:
UK: Free 1st Class Royal Mail - delivery within 1-2 working days of dispatch. Special Delivery or expedited courier from £8 - delivery next working day (ORDER BY 10am). Next working day may not be possible for large outsourced prints.
Europe: SEE BELOW FOR IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR EU CUSTOMERS! From £10 with tracked delivery - delivery within 4-7 working days from dispatch.
Rest of World: From £15 with tracked delivery - delivery within 7-21 working days from dispatch.
Please note: For orders going to anywhere except the UK, you may need to pay taxes and/or duty when your order arrives.
International Orders:
All international orders may be subject to a tax and/or customs charge, payable to your local post courier. Please do factor this in before purchasing.
UPDATE FOR EU CUSTOMERS - From 1 July 2021, EU countries now charge VAT (and customs fees if applicable) on ALL orders coming from outside the EU. Alongside this, the EU has also made it possible for larger retailers or platforms to charge VAT at the time of purchase, to avoid extra fees payable to a delivery company.
So for our customers in the EU, we recommend buying our prints through our Etsy store - we've set up a special listing to allow you to order any prints:
All the print prices and postage costs are the same as here - but Etsy will also charge you the appropriate amount of VAT. Simply put the name of the print you want in the relevant field (just copy and paste it from this website) and we'll do the rest.
If you want to order 3 or more prints, want a custom order, or have any questions, please contact us and we'll help you out.
We apologise for this hassle - but in common with other online retailers outside the EU, bureaucracy has left us with little choice!
Returns or Exchanges:
If a product is defective or damaged, we will replace it - please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with pictures of the problem.
We accept returns of unopened, unused and undamaged products: please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. You will need to return the product(s) within 14 days of requesting a return, at your own expense.
