This has to be one of the cutest trains on a vintage menu. A little steam engine saying Toot! Toot! carries fresh shrimp from New Orleans on a journey of a thousand miles to Ecorse, Michigan. Ciungan's Shrimp House was in business for almost five decades before the property burned down. Apparently the lobster and fried shrimp were legendary and some people still fondly remember the place.
