R.M.S. Franconia 1955 Drinks Invitation

£20.00

Intriguing and rather striking invitation card from the R.M.S. Franconia’s Chief Engineer J. Fitzsimmons in March 1955. He is inviting a Mrs Hendry for drinks in his cabin.

The R.M.S. Franconia was an ocean liner operated by the Cunard Line from 1922 to 1956. She spent her final years sailing the Canadian route from Liverpool to Quebec and Halifax.
